The basics

None at all. That's the whole point. You send us your business details, photos and what you offer — we handle the design, structure, mobile layout, WhatsApp flow, domain and hosting. You just approve it.

Usually within 1–2 weeks once we have your content and details. We keep the process simple and tell you exactly what we need from you.

Yes — the monthly support retainer has a 6-month minimum. This covers your hosting, technical care, minor updates and ongoing peace of mind so your site never goes stale or breaks.

No. We focus on building and maintaining a clean, professional website with basic search setup. We don't manage paid advertising — so you're never paying us for ad spend you can't see.

Absolutely. You can upgrade from Starter to the Business plan, or add pages anytime. Custom features are quoted separately and clearly before any work begins.

You do. It's your business, your domain and your website. We set everything up properly and look after it for you.

Working with us

Just the basics about your business: your name and logo if you have one, what you offer, a few photos, and your contact details. That's it. If you don't have a logo or photos yet, tell us — we'll work with what you have and point you in the right direction. We send you a short, plain checklist so you're never guessing what's next.

WhatsApp, mostly — the same way you talk to your customers. You can also reach us at contact@exodia.technology. We work Mon–Sat and reply during business hours. No project-management logins to learn, no jargon. You message us, we sort it out.

We build a first version, you review it, and we refine it together until it's right. For a Starter Website that's typically two rounds of revisions; for a Business Website it's more, given the extra pages. The goal is a site you're genuinely happy to put your name on. Bigger structural changes after sign-off are quoted clearly first.

Tell us plainly and we fix it. We'd rather hear it early than have you settle. We share work in progress so there are no surprises at the end, and nothing goes live until you approve it. Exodia Labs Sdn. Bhd. is a real Malaysian company based in Kuala Lumpur — you're dealing with an accountable business, not an anonymous freelancer.

Pricing & support

The monthly fee (RM350 for Starter, RM650 for Business) covers hosting and domain care, security and uptime checks, minor content updates, mobile and technical maintenance, and a real person on WhatsApp when you need a change. It's the difference between a website that quietly works for years and one that breaks and goes stale.

A website isn't a one-and-done purchase. The first months are when small fixes and tweaks matter most, and the monthly fee covers your hosting and ongoing care that whole time. The 6-month minimum lets us commit to looking after your site properly rather than building it and disappearing. After the minimum, you can continue month to month.

After the 6-month minimum, you can cancel with notice — no lock-in tricks. The website is yours either way. We'll help you move your domain and hosting so you're never held hostage. We'd rather earn the renewal every month than trap you into it.

No. Your setup fee and monthly fee are exactly what you pay for the plan you choose. Third-party costs like your domain renewal are passed on at cost with nothing added. Anything outside your plan — extra pages, custom features, a redesign — is quoted in writing and approved by you before any work starts. All prices are in RM (MYR).

Technical & ownership

Yes — completely. The domain is registered in your business's name and the website is yours. If you ever move on, we hand over your domain and files so you can take them to another provider. We set everything up the right way from day one precisely so you're never locked in.

We take it seriously and follow Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA). Contact-form and enquiry details are used only to run your website and your business — never sold or shared for marketing. Your site can include a simple privacy notice so your own customers know how their data is handled.

Yes. Every site ships with HTTPS (the padlock in the browser), and your monthly support includes uptime monitoring, security updates and backups. If something ever goes wrong, we're the ones who notice and fix it — usually before you even hear about it. That's the whole point of the monthly care.

Always. Your text, images and domain belong to you, and we'll hand them over on request. There's no proprietary lock-in and no ransom for your own content. We keep things on standard, portable technology so another developer can pick up where we left off if you ever choose to move.
